When issues arise that require more help, the Orchard Group can either spend time with the company or will identify and recommend other resources who have specific functional expertise. Since all three partners will be familiar with the business, this should be an efficient and cost-effective alternative to hiring traditional consultants. In this case, the incremental time of the partners and their team will be billed as accrued. At no time will the partners personally benefit from other consultants.
