The Orchard Group is experienced at strategic planning, business development, negotiating strategic alliances, and writing business plans. The team is experienced in the areas of human resources, benefits planning, financial forecasting and creation/evaluation of business plans. If needed, one or more of the partners can meet with key company managers to facilitate planning sessions. In addition, the partners are highly experienced at negotiating agreements in marketing, strategic distribution and technology and are prepared to attend strategic customer meetings.
